The Resort and Spa hotel is proposed to be developed in the newly developed suburbs of Lahore surrounded by fast growing societies like Johar Town, Wapda Town, and Valancia etc. The project would be a multi-use project similar to Pace Circle underdevelopment near Lahore Airport. Pace Royal Lahore would comprise of 200 rooms hotel, a shopping mall and apartments. All modern facilities like business centre, restaurants, banquet halls, meeting rooms, swimming pool and other standard services will be made available to the guests.
